These terms apply to the NextCut iOS app. By using the app you agree to them.

What NextCut is

NextCut generates AI-powered previews of hairstyles on your photo. Previews are simulations: real haircuts depend on your hair, your stylist, and physics we don't control. Use previews as inspiration, not a guarantee of results.

Age requirement. The AI try-on is only available to adults age 18 or older. By agreeing to the photo-processing disclosure and starting a try-on, you confirm that you are at least 18.

Subscriptions

NextCut offers two auto-renewing subscriptions billed to your Apple account. Weekly Basic includes unlimited try-ons across 8 essential cuts and all hair colors. Monthly Full Studio includes unlimited try-ons across all 24 cuts and all hair colors. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel at any time in your Apple account settings. Without a subscription, one free try-on is included for each of three featured styles. Fair-use limits apply to paid plans.

Fair use

Only upload a photo of yourself, or of another adult age 18 or older who has given you permission. Do not upload a photo of anyone under 18. Don't use NextCut to create misleading, harmful, or unlawful content, and don't attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the service. We may apply fair-use limits to keep the service fast for everyone.

Your content

Your photos remain yours. Generated previews are for your personal use. We claim no ownership over either — see the Privacy Policy for how photos are processed.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
